Privacy Policy
What we collect, why, and what you can do about it.
Effective: Sept 26, 2026
Last updated: Sept 26, 2026.
All About Him is a publication about men’s health, relationships and grooming. This policy explains what happens to information when you visit the site, and it is written to be read rather than to be survived.
Who we are
This website, allabouthim.blog, is operated by Sellora International LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States. For the purposes of data protection law, Sellora International LLC is the data controller for this site.
You can reach us about anything in this policy at [email protected].
The short version
- We do not sell your personal information. We never have and we do not intend to.
- We collect very little. Mostly anonymous analytics, plus your email address if you choose to give it to us.
- You do not need an account to read anything here.
- You can unsubscribe, request your data, or ask us to delete it at any time.
What we collect
Information you give us
Newsletter signups. If you subscribe, we collect your email address, and your first name if you provide one. We use this to send you articles and updates. Nothing else.
Contact form. If you write to us, we collect your name, email address and whatever you put in the message, so that we can reply.
Comments. If you leave a comment, we collect the name and email address you enter, your comment text, and your IP address. The IP address is collected by WordPress to help identify spam. Your name and comment are published publicly. Your email address and IP address are not.
Information collected automatically
When you visit any website, including this one, certain technical information is transmitted by your browser. This includes your IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, the pages you view, how long you spend on them, and the page that referred you.
We use this in aggregate to understand which articles people read and where the site is slow or broken. We do not use it to build a profile of you as an individual.
What we do not collect
We do not ask for and do not want your date of birth, address, phone number, financial details, or any information about your health.
Please note: our articles discuss health topics, but we have no way of knowing which articles any individual reads, and we do not attempt to find out.
Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small text files stored by your browser. This site uses a small number of them.
Essential cookies keep the site working. They remember your light or dark mode preference and, if you comment, your name and email so you do not have to retype them. These cannot be switched off without breaking things.
Analytics cookies help us count visits and understand which pages are read. These are set by {{ANALYTICS}}.
Security and performance. We use Cloudflare, which sets cookies to identify trusted traffic and protect the site from attacks.
You can delete or block cookies through your browser settings at any time. Blocking essential cookies may affect how the site works. Blocking analytics cookies will not.
Third parties we use
We use a small number of services to run this site. Each has its own privacy policy, and we have linked them so you can read what they do with data.
- Cloudflare for security, caching and performance.
- Google Analytics for website analytics.
- gmail for sending our newsletter and storing subscriber email addresses.
- Our web host [Hostinger], which stores the site and its database.
- Gravatar, operated by Automattic, which may receive a hashed version of your email address when you comment, in order to display an avatar.
We do not share your information with anyone else, and we do not sell it to anybody under any circumstances.
Affiliate links and advertising
At present, this site carries no advertising and earns no commission from any product mentioned in our articles but we are in process of being registered for google adsense.
If that changes, we will say so clearly at the top of any affected article, before any link appears, and we will update this policy to explain what data the relevant partners receive.
How long we keep things
- Newsletter subscribers: until you unsubscribe. Every email we send has an unsubscribe link, and it works immediately.
- Contact form messages: for up to two years, so we can refer back to previous correspondence.
- Comments: indefinitely, unless you ask us to remove them.
- Analytics data: according to the retention period set in {{ANALYTICS}}, typically 14 months.
- Server logs: a short rolling period, usually 30 days or less.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to:
- Tell you what information we hold about you
- Correct anything that is wrong
- Delete your information
- Stop sending you emails
Email us at [email protected] and we will deal with it. We aim to respond within 30 days.
If you are in the UK or European Economic Area
Under the UK GDPR and EU GDPR you also have the right to restrict or object to processing, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent at any time.
Our legal bases for processing are consent, for the newsletter and any non-essential cookies, and legitimate interests, for running a secure website and understanding aggregate readership.
If you believe we have handled your data improperly, you can complain to your national data protection authority. In the UK that is the Information Commissioner’s Office.
If you are in California
Under the CCPA and CPRA you have the right to know what personal information is collected, to request deletion, to correct inaccurate information, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information.
We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law. There is therefore nothing to opt out of, though you retain the right to ask.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
International transfers
This site is operated from Nepal by a company registered in the United States, and our service providers operate globally. If you are in the UK or EEA, your information may be transferred outside your country.
Where that happens, we rely on the safeguards offered by the providers listed above, which include standard contractual clauses.
Children
This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16, and we do not direct our content at children.
If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us at [email protected] and we will delete it.
Security
We use HTTPS across the whole site, keep the software updated, and use Cloudflare to filter malicious traffic.
No website can promise perfect security, and we will not pretend otherwise. What we can say is that we hold very little about you, which is the most effective protection available.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page when what we do changes, and the date at the top will always show when it was last revised.
If we make a change that materially affects how we handle your information, for example introducing advertising or affiliate links, we will say so clearly rather than quietly amending this page.
